We offer individualized one-on-one training sessions inside of ARK Fitness in Mechanicsburg, PA. We also offer online personal training for clients who are unable or do not desire to be in the gym setting. Our personal training is completely customized to each client based on individual needs and current scientific training protocols and techniques.
Nutrition Coaching
We offer customized nutrition plans, based on your specific caloric needs. We stay current with the latest developments in the Science of Nutrition. This allows us to create and implement strategies to help an individual reach personal goals. A method used for one person may not work with the same proficiency for someone else. Diets should not follow an all-encompassing "one-size fits all" mentality.
